Team Training Example:


A management team had developed a pattern of constant mutual criticism. It turned out that each of them wished that the others were a little more like themselves. This resulted in lack of progress and development and each of them held the view that it was primarily the fault of the others.
In the team training they worked with mutual expectations, clarification of common goals and the power of diversity.
This resulted in a much higher level of empowerment, effective collaboration and accountability.
