Our work is based on humanism.

Individuals are regarded as independent beings who are able to make their own choices and take responsibility for own decisions and actions.

People should never be considered means to achieve development, but the aims to ensure development. When people are considered the mean to achieve results, they burn out and loose motivation.
We see people as social beings that evolve in interaction with other people.

People create results if they can act freely within the organizational and strategic framework.
