Brita has a background in the retail trade and the financial sector, and is a trained social education worker and psychotherapist. Having had her own business in the tourist and transport trade and having worked as a bank manager and as a deputy superintendent at a residential home for children and young persons, Brita has experience from a variety of sectors.

What drives Brita Lauridsen is a basic interest in following the developments of society and in how society develops people – and people develop society. Brita is also interested in the effect of different generations’ childhoods on the working lives of employees, managers and workplaces.

Her fascination with these things places her in a constant process of development and learning. She considers her job a lifestyle.
